Who we are
Emily is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience advising family businesses, startups, and established companies. She founded ZD Advisory to provide proactive accounting and tax advice that goes beyond compliance. Passionate about helping small business owners protect and grow their wealth, Emily works closely with clients to develop practical tax strategies that support long-term success and confident business decision-making.
Emily regularly contributes to CPA and CA discussion groups, sharing insights on complex tax and business structuring matters. She also supports Cambodian Kids Can, a charity dedicated to improving access to education for disadvantaged girls in rural Cambodia.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys yoga, hiking, discovering new cafés, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Sonia holds a Master of Accounting and is currently undertaking her CPA qualification. She joined ZD Advisory as an Assistant Accountant and has since progressed to Accountant, bringing hands-on experience across tax compliance, SMSFs, non-profit accounting, and financial reporting.
Sonia is passionate about helping clients understand their numbers, taking the time to educate and empower them to make confident financial decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys losing herself in a good book and experimenting in the kitchen with cuisines from around the world.
